    We assist with cruise line selection and cabin booking. We help manage your reservation, arrange transportation to/from your ports, and provide expert advice on excursions. Adding pre and post travel opportunities is our specialty. Perfect for multi-generational family travel and couples/friends looking for a seamless holiday. Reluctant cruisers—let's talk! We have lesser-known partners that may not come to mind when you hear the word "cruise.”

Are you more of a DIY planner? If you know when & where you'd like to stay, feel free to become an instant VIP and book your own hotel using the link below. Great if you are booking after hours, but please remember we are happy to book on your behalf and we can add exclusive experiences, transfers, and more!

FAQ

  • Complexity, number of destinations, length of travel, and the number in your party influence the design fee. After our Discover Call, the final fee for your trip will be advised. Design fee is payable after this call, before planning commences. Fees listed are for one week of customized travel, 1-4 travelers. Fees adjusted for shorter or longer adventures and expedited travel fees may apply for last minute travel. We also provide concierge services upon request: dining, spa, tee times, theater tickets, special events, etc.

  • The design fee is nonrefundable. Should your plans change, we will archive your itinerary for use at a later date. Two revisions to your plans are included. We will always advise you, in advance, if additional changes will incur a fee.

  • Brownell Travel has a dedicated Air Desk. This service is highly recommended when traveling internationally or using connecting routes. There is no fee for quotes and you will be provided with 24/7 support should you experience delays or cancellations.

    Fees are $60pp/$200 max per family for Domestic/North America/Carribean Travel and $125pp/$500 max per family for International Travel.

  • We highly recommend that you protect your trip. Protecting your trip gives you peace of mind and protects your financial investment. Let us refer you to the Brownell Travel Insurance Desk, experts in their field.

  • Private Airbnb and VRBO listings vary widely. We are not able to vet the quality and consistency of these accomodations. We are able to book villas and apartments through our trusted partners.

  • While we do not book with miles or points, we are happy to refer you to a third party partner who can help.

  • We provide you with an itinerary app! It will be customized with your exact itinerary and necessary travel documents.
